Start in advance
Get the most out of the #HES2020! To use online time effectively and mainly for interaction, we provide access to materials already 10 days before the conference starts. As of 21 August 2020 registered participants can listen to pre-recorded keynote speeches, watch excursion videos and access posters at their leisure and comment on them in a forum.
Pre-selection of specific sessions (Solutions Rooms, Co-Creative Labs, Book an Expert, Network Meetings), are possible as of 5 August 2020 via ConfTool. Please note that only registered participants have access to pre-selection and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
What you need for the conference
The #HES2020 will be facilitated via Adobe Connect (more about this software). Before the conference, registered participants will receive a link to a webpage with all necessary information including links to the online rooms. We will provide a short technical guide and offer a voluntary test session in advance.
All you need is a computer with internet access, an up-to-date browser, the latest Flashplayer and a microphone (headset). A camera for video transmission is optional.
